Return and Refund Policy

As a small business, we currently only offer exchanges or store credit in place of returns. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. For more details, please refer to our exchange policy.

Exchanges

Personalized or custom engraved/embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. If by any cosmic mishap, a component decides to fall off or gets damaged during its journey to you, guess what? We're on it! We will give you store credit or an exchange sent to you.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your product. After this window, exchanges are no longer eligible.

Exclusions: No Final Sale Items

Please note that our exchange policy does not cover items labeled as "Final Sale" or Black Friday deal. These items have been explicitly marked as non-returnable or exchangeable at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing the product details before making a purchase decision.

 

How to Initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email exchange@inthemake.co
  2. The subject line must include your order #number and reason for outreach.
  3.  (Example: Order#111- Damaged item or Need exchange in color)
  4. Please provide an image of the damaged product or note the color way you want to exchange it for.
  5. Viola! You should receive a response within 1-5 business days
